• Draw character illustrations for games
• Draw manga style illustrations
• 3D animation by using Blender (or something similar)
• Create a movie on Adobe Premiere Pro or AfterEffects (or something similar)
• Create graphic design for online materials including website/mobile banners, mail magazine, social media posts, advertisements, logo, etc. by using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Attend daily meeting of Design team and present your projects, share your knowledge to improve other projects
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand needs and turn those into effective creative briefs.
• Work with the creative teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and that they have all the information neeeded
• Plan in-depth cross team projects with a good understanding of timings and dependencies
• Work with the Design Team Leads to ensure project timings are in line with the creative team’s capacity.
• Create and maintain project schedules ensuring that project status is kept up to date.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years design experience
• Excellent command of Adobe CC products (Photoshop and Illustrator in particular).
• Basic communication skills in Japanese
• Passion for design and creativity
• A strong foundation in at least one of the following focuses/skillsets:
• Anime illustration skills
• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro or AfterEffects to create a movie
• Skill to modify 3D animation by using Blender (or something similar)
• Ability to code and style frontend sites/microsites, (either from scratch or utilising a CMS such as WordPress
