• Degree or Diploma holder in Interior Design
• Minimum 3 to 8 years relevant experience / 8 to 12 years for senior position
• Experience in Hospitality and residential design
• Excellent conceptual design and presentation skills
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketch-up /and Photoshop, 3D Studio Max is a must
• Able to prepare full set of construction drawings independently
• Experience in site coordination and able to control projects on schedule
• Skillful in designing hospitality carpet, pattern and FE&es selection is a merit
• Able to design with freehand sketch is an advantage
• Strong self-motivation, reliability & good organization skill
• Fluent written and spoken in English, Chinese & Mandarin
