e-Commerce & Social Marketing Executive

 Responsibilities:

• Manage website and online Shop and platform, devise digital marketing and social media strategies to raise brand awareness, generate sales leads and engage customers for target markets particularly Hong Kong & Global market; 
• Responsible for eCommerce platforms operations including but not limited to product and promotion updates, sales & performance analysis, customer services, logistics & stock level monitoring;
• To develop & maintain new e-shop & CRM system; 
• Experience in Google Analytics, Google Adv, Facebook Ads, SEO / SEM; 
• Manage and control inventory management, conduct inventory forecast and plan to optimize the inventory level;
• Monitor online sales performance considering competitions, market share, and offer insights and suggestions to key stakeholders;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Our Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in BA/e-Commerce/Makreting/IT or related Disciplines;
• 1-2 years relevant experience in FMCG, Digital marketing & E-Commerce operation;
• Experience in Hong Kong / Global E-Business platform is in advantages;
• Experience in working on retail CRM, digital & e-Commerce projects is essential;
• Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, detailed orientated and well organized;
• Good team player, independently, communication skill and interpersonal skills;
• Passion and understanding in Korean products in advantage;
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
