1. Clear local policies and regulations, municipal conditions research, responsible for mechanical and electrical (water, electricity and heating) professional design management, participate in planning design control.

2. Responsible for all projects (five-star hotel, shopping center, office building, apartment, residential, etc.) mechanical and electrical schemes, professional review of design schemes and equipment at the stage of strong layout, as well as overall coordination and arrangement of construction drawing design.

3. Responsible for design management of secondary electromechanical design of all projects.

4. Responsible for preliminary design of construction drawing, review and control of construction drawing design (prepare and issue design task book, prepare and coordinate design plan, organize internal review of drawings by stages, coordinate capital raising and communication among various majors).

5. Responsible for coordinating the overall design plan of the project and preparing the electromechanical professional design plan.

6. To participate in the guidance and supervision of major technical problems and major design changes of electromechanical construction.

7. Participate in design disclosure and construction drawings review, participate in electromechanical professional selection and procurement. Provide technical support for pre-construction and installation application.

8. Participate in the management of design suppliers, and cooperate to improve the management database of design suppliers. Cooperate to establish and improve dynamic cost database.

9. Assist to establish and continuously improve the company's design control system; Participate in the design standardization construction work, establish the professional standard design library; Participate in the research work of various design topics organized by the department, and be responsible for organizing the training work of each major.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in strong and weak electricity, water supply and drainage, HVAC or related;

2. More than 5 years of working experience in Real estate and design institute of Party A;

3. English as a working language is preferred;

4. Communication and execution skills;

5. Proficient in various design software.
