Job Description

A fast expanding FMCG trading company is now looking for a suitable candidate for the following position.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the company ATL & BTL design

ATL Design, including, Social media (IG, Facebook, WeChat) promotion materials, etc.

BTL Design, including print advertisement, shop POSM, Catalogues, leaflet, posters, and product packaging, etc.

Materials sourcing

Work closely with marketing team to support sales team to develop new sales channels

Ad Hoc design activities

Participate and collaborate in concept development and design idea together with internal teams to define the overall creative strategy

Generate creative design for digital marketing platforms including Facebook/ IG/ Youtube/ WeChat/Website/ Mobile

Create and design animated videos, banners ad or social media materials for online & social media campaigns

Video or photo shooting and editing for online campaigns or events.

Work closely with tenants and other agencies on the content creations including the visual adaptation for social media & digital platforms, copywriting and photo/video feeds development in order to achieve the marketing objectives

Maintain various social media platform

Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines

Experience with visual design software and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, AI, InDesign, After Effects)

Experienced in photography is an added advantage.

Experienced in marketing is an added advantage.

Independent, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated

Detail-minded, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problems solving skills.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Higher Diploma or above in Graphic Design, visual communication, Multimedia Design or a related course of study

2 years of working experience in creative design industry, retail business experience is a plus

Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word

Strong layout and typographic skills with a honed eye for photo direction

Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills

Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Proficiency in written English and Cantonese
