地产研发设计经理

岗位职责：

1、 负责组织实施公司在规划方案设计方面的决议、指示；

2、 负责对市场产品进行调研、分析以及公司研发产品的立项；

3、 负责产品研发计划编制与实施；

4、 负责本地材料市场的调研、材料样板选型；

5、 负责与成本、采购等部门对接协调产品建造标准及造价成本的合理性；

6、 参与开发项目的设计管理，规划（单体）方案合理性以及效果的把控、设计封样的选定，组织方案汇报；

7、 参与项目设计复盘，归纳总结提出优化提升意见；

8、 参与制定研发部部门管理制度；

9、 领导交办的其他事宜及部门日常管理。

岗位要求：
1、32－40岁，建筑学或工民建相关专业，全日制统招本科以上学历；
2、6年以上设计院建筑设计师工作经验， 3年以上地产设计管理相关经验；有设计院方案负责人、地产研发管理经验者优先；
3、熟悉房地产技术标准和行业规范，熟悉房地产开发运作程序；
4、具较强的工作计划性，并具有很强的创新意识和能力；
5、具有良好的组织、协调、沟通、语言表达能力和较强的设计管理能力；

6、熟练掌握各种设计软件：AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp等；
