Our client is one of the leading luxury brand with a dominant marketshare. Their products are always the best eye-catching items in the market, which draws great attentions. They are now looking for a Creative Visual Merchandising Manager to look after their VM team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for brand image consistency across his/her region.
• Be the leader and spoke person within his/her team for all image & merchandising related topics.
• Be the eyes of the brand and lead the brand image elevation thanks to his/her very detail-oriented mindset during store visit, store opening, campaign execution review.
• Responsible for even set up: budget planning, commercial briefing, purchasing & invoicing process counter setup, vendor management, production management, Event planning etc.
• Be pro-active in proposing store improvement based on business needs & brand priorities
• Responsible and accountable to regularly update and upkeep the Distribution and Merchandising database with all relevant up to date info on network and key competition.
• Proactively collaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders: Purchase Dept, Vendors, Retailers.
• Prepare and adapt planograms in line with regional guidelines and business strategy.
• Be responsible to timely forecast and budget all VM tools centrally & locally sourced and to follow-up monthly on all POs creation & invoicing with accuracy.
• Be responsible for perfect execution by ensuring perfect in-store guidelines implementation & execution.
• Regularly and timely fulfill monthly planogram reporting activity and align with Regional Team feedbacks.
• Be responsible of the visual plan implementation full process, from vendor briefing to installation.
• Be responsible to timely forecast and budget all VM tools centrally, regionally and locally sourced.
• Regularly visit stores to verify, improve and feedback on all VM topics.
• Actively propose solutions and initiatives to elevate brand image and enhance retail sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree above
• 8 years experience in the Visual Merchandising Function of which 3 years in managerial role in luxury fashion, watch & jewellery, or beauty industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Autocad/Vectorworks, Adobe CS (Photoshop & illustrator) and Microsoft office
