Job Description

EXPANSYS, a member of the Brandpath Company (www.brandpath.com), is a leading global e-commerce consumer electronic retailer specializing in smartphones, tablets, and accessories. With turnover of HK$180m from its current 13 sites, it has plans to expand into more markets in the next 12 months. The Covid-19 pandemic has shown the importance of online business and XPS has benefitted from the resulting accelerated consumer trend for online purchases. To support our rapid growing business in Asia Pacific, we are now looking for high caliber talent who have the enthusiasm and commitment to join us.

 Responsibilities:

  •  Answer customer inquiries via email, chat and later by phone
  • Measure and report KPI surrounding customer satisfaction
  • Solve and find ways to make customers happy and provide exemplary customer service
  • Write and check content
  • Assist in marketing and sales related tasks
  • Process orders and manage marketplaces

Requirements:

  • Fluent in either written and spoken English OR Japanese (JLPT N1+) required
  • Other Asian languages an advantage
  • Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce field
  • Basic understanding of electronic gadgets and technology
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to solve problems and to come up with creative solutions to make customers happy
  • Familiarity with E-commerce backend / database tools and knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics an advantage
  • Experience with marketplaces, digital marketing channels or other
  • A good team player, self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
  • Part-time work or working over weekends an option if preferred
  •  Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel etc.
  • Immediate availability preferred
