Our client is an interior design consultant specializing in office interior design with a elite design team. They are going to expand their Hong Kong design team and currently hiring an Office Interior Designer with interior design project experiences. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate conceptual design, schematic design, layouts and material selection
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders both onsite and offsite to develop detailed design solutions
• Prepare full set of detail drawings focusing on 2D CAD drafting
• 3D modeling and rendering support from the team is available
• Work closely with design & project directors, clients
• Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations
• Coordinate with internal design support members/ project managers

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design
• At least 3 years relevant projects experience in office/ interior design projects
• Proficiency in software eg, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape. 
• Must be able to work independently, have a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
• Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
• Good demonstrate artistic ability, interpersonal skills, presentation skills
• Fluent English and Mandarin
