Job Description

How you will contribute

Store Development

• Responsible for execution, construction and maintenance of luxury stores from inception to completion

• Handle large & small-scale store construction projects such as shop opening / closing / renovation projects for both Retail & Wholesale

• Liaise with landlord, vendors and contractors for all kind of construction projects

• Coordinate with related departments to solve project issues

• Attend site meetings and follow-up outstanding work completion

Visual Merchandising

• Development of VM props, tools, etc. according budget given

• Working with different departments in planning, scheduling and execution of VM calendar including new ideas for each new season / collection / theme for retail team and wholesale network according to campaign theme

• Conduct regular store / market visit to rate quality of VM to ensure all displays meets the global standard (e.g. props condition, hygiene, aesthetics, visibility, etc.)

• Management of shipping of logistics of VM tools to multiple markets

Who you are

• Degree holder with minimum 5-6 years’ relevant experience in retail industry

• Organized and able to handle multiple projects with minimum supervision

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties

• Self-motivated, independent and proactive

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Frequent business travel is required
