Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in all aspects of project follow up such as working schedule, cost control, material planning and logistics coordination;
• Supervise and monitor all site activities, including site progress, safety and quality;
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Any ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in fitting-out works;
• Good PC knowledge such as AutoCAD, MS Project and  MS Office;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure;
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese; and
• Candidates with less calibre shall be considered as Site Supervisor.
