• Work closely with the marketing team, product team and sales team to translate business requirements and user behavior into good user experiences.
• Create, improve and use high-quality user flows, wireframes,UI mock-ups and prototypes to communicate your ideas
• Give recommendation according to stakeholder’s feedback
• Ensuring design consistency between products, website and other deliverables
• Work with development team to implement ideas with feedback
• Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to improve user experience
• Design or redesigning an identity for products, including logos, colors, fonts, print media, sales kit, online campaigns, websites, applications and much more
• Analyze digital & content performance, integrate best practices and A/B testing to improve engagement
• Independently handle various ad hoc and design projects.

• Higher Diploma or Degree Graduates in Graphic Design or equivalent discipline.
• 3-4 year of working experience or more in graphic design and UX/UI
• Creative thinking, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient with design tools like Adobe creative suite, Photoshop, Figma etc
• Able to work on multiple projects and meet tight schedule
• Immediate available is preferred.
