Job Description
Highlight:
- Support the development of eCommerce and digital marketing strategy for online business
- Familiar with operating procedures and regulation of HK marketplaces (e.g. HKTV mall)
- Experience in managing Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM, SEO, data analytics
- Define and implement strategies in designing, planning and executing different operational, sales, marketing activities to support and drive revenue growth
- Support the development of eCommerce and digital marketing strategy for online business
- Responsible for daily operation of official e-Shop and other online platforms
- Support online platform interface updates with latest promotion, pricing updates, layout and content improvement etc.
- Extract and analyze data sets on products, advertising & store performance metrics to optimize conversion and revenue
- Manage P&L, to achieve sales and profit target
- Report on Sales performance against goals (ROI & KPIs)
- Support sales activities, including order process, delivery, inventory control, bill checking and after-sales service
- Handle customer's inquiries and complaints with excellent manner
- Perform and handle other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in an eCommerce operation
- Preferably 2 years of experience in managing for advertising campaigns
- Familiar with operating procedures and regulation of HK marketplaces (e.g. HKTV mall)
- Experience in managing Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM, SEO, data analytics
- Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) is a plus
- Highly numerate, experience of using Web analytics to improve customer experience and drive commercial performance
- Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram and Ads Manager is required
- Experience of leveraging digital marketing capabilities to drive brand awareness and direct response activity will be an advantage
- Passion for understanding customer behavior and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to execute a project independently
- Creative and self-motivated
- Proactive, detail-oriented, multi-task, can-do attitude and take up new challenges
- Good business sense, logical mind-set with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in cross-border eCommerce Marketplaces (eg TMall, JD) will be an advantage
- Occasion travel to the PRC is required
