Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in formulation & implementation of acquisition strategies and programs to grow bank partners;
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate promotion programs to achieve the assigned business target with bank partners;
- Develop the new card products or features and work closely with banks’ card departments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of planned initiatives;
- Proactively drive and ensure smooth implementation of various projects in product optimization, system enhancement, customer experience and sales promotions by negotiating and coordinating with both internal and external departments;
- Analyse the card-based payment market trend and customer behaviours to provide recommendations for follow-up actions;
- Maintain a win-win relationship with existing bank partners and explore new partnerships with other banks without causing conflict of interests among them.
- A bachelor degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or product management of retail banking or credit card products
- Solid experience in product development, digital transformation and process optimization
- Strong leadership, project management and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on skills in PowerPoint and strong presentation skills
- Client focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work overtime, irregular hours, including weekends / public holidays
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (Cantonese and Mandarin are commonly used for day-day communications)
