About the job:

• Report to Department Head, he/she will lead a small team to drive sales and profitability in planning and organising commercial activities in eCommerce platform
• Develop and maintain strong business relationship with strategic suppliers, merchants and business stakeholders
• Initiate Business and Product Marketing plan to achieve company O+O goals
• Timely review promotion campaigns effectiveness, inventory level and product range to maintain the company’s competitive edges
• Closely monitor eCommerce activities to be excluded smoothly including product selection, promotion campaigns, content management, logistics arrangement and all other related activities by effective communication with internal and external business partners

What we look for?

• University graduate or above
• 8 years' or above category management experience in eCommerce/retail industry, among which 2 years in supervisory role
• Proven track record of managing eCommerce / trading function with growing business results
• Strong ownership, negotiation skill, analytical and numeric ability
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Category Manager
