RESPONSIBILITIES

•         Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns
•         Building and monitoring workflows to manage customer relationship.
•         Analysing campaigns results for further improvements.
•         Maintaining and improving data management processes.
•         Liaise with stakeholders for execution of the campaigns
•         Work with CRM system vendor for problem solving and enhancements.
•         Support for other marketing activities.

  REQUIREMENTS

•         Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
•         3-5 years’ experience in Marketing at retail environment.
•         Solid prior experience in a CRM role.
•         Analytical, data-driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
•         Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
•         Strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments .
