Role Purpose:
Responsible for dashboard and inventory planning system deployment for Asia to become the subject matter expert at the Group level.

A typical day in this Role: 

• Assist Group Supply Chain & Group IT teams to provide operational & system training for Asia BUs.
• Assist in formulating & documenting Supply Chain best practice.
• Lead or support dashboard projects.
• Follow up regional KPIs and make improvements through process reviews, retraining and reinforcement of best practice.
• Maintain issue logs across Asia and analyze change requests.

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Operation Management, Information Technology or similar disciplines.
• >2 years experience with supply chain & business analyst.
• Inventory planning, project coordination & regional experience is a plus.
• System knowledge: Advanced Excel, Python or SQL, ERP
• Full fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Flexible to travel in Asia region
