•  HKCEE or HKDSE or above        

Job Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for handling daily import / export operation, daily report preparing, transportation arrangement & billing
• Communicate with internal & overseas customers to ensure a smooth running of the process

• Assist to solve customers’ issues & complaint

• Responsible for effective working practices with the customer

Job Requirements:       

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in airfreight industry
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Responsible, self-managed and willing to work overtime
• Basic Knowledge of Excel & Word
