You are going to work in a dynamic team of this multinational technology company in Hong Kong. You will be a key member to our growing eCommerce team, working closely with internal teams and external agencies, managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, monitoring & analyzing campaign performance. Your role is critical to the growth and success of our eCommerce business.

Responsibilities:

• Support eCommerce digital & performance marketing to drive business
• Coordinate internally and manage external agencies on digital campaigns
• Monitor online sales performance, traffic, user behaviour, conversion funnels and goals by using different analytic tools
• Evaluate the effectiveness of eCommerce marketing campaigns, and support management reporting
• Assist online campaign/order related enquiries from internal Customer Service team
• Support team’s administrative work incl. order, quotation, payment, etc. 

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines, 2+ years’ work experience
• Solid experience in digital marketing (social media, SEO/ SEM, display ad, etc.) and preferably experience in performance marketing
• Knowledge in digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, collaborative and competitive environment
• A good team player, proactive in driving results. Able to work multi-task and under pressure
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
