Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for online customer acquisition and retention to deliver continuous optimization and growth
• Assist Manager to plan and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve business goal for HK and Macau Market
• Develop branding campaign through marketing communications involving a mix of data, creative, technology, insight, and ideas
• Support on reports, admin works, and maintaining filing systems
• Develop content strategy & manage Digital / Media / PR agencies/ Online platforms to create quality content in all digital touchpoints
• Propose and implement marketing and PR campaigns, including brand promotion, product launches, media luncheons, product promotion, advertising activities, sponsorship line ups, etc.
• Assist manager on preparing all PR and Marketing materials and content creation, including press material write ups, social media copy writing, content editing, proofread, review post performance, and improve.
• Media Pitching to enhance media exposure for various projects.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with media (both online and offline) and other third parties.
• Co-ordinate with external and internal parties to ensure the smooth execution of PR and marketing campaigns.
• Lead digital campaign creation from creative development, media planning, execution to post-campaign analysis

Education and/or Work Experience Requirement:

• Degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in social media marketing, experience in advertising, social media or digital agency is a plus, with at least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record on social content development
• Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations
• Creative & sensitive to market trends
• Passionate, committed, proactive & results oriented personality
• Attention to detail, excellent time management skills with problem-solving skill
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
