We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Data Management Analyst to join our fun, professional and dedicated Sales Operation team based here in Hong Kong. Our Commercial Department oversees the end-to-end restaurant partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management, as well as new venture developments. Our Sales Operations team operates under the Commercial Department, which is responsible for sales lead generation, market market mapping, data management, analytic and operation compliance to facilitate successful partnership formation. You will be able to gain great market intelligence and industrial knowledge!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify impactful drivers for commercial team performance and develop solutions in collaboration with commercial teams
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets
• Design, build and maintain high visibility dashboards to empower the team to make optimal business decisions
• Design, build and maintain data models, ETL and queries across multiple data sources and business verticals
• Improve dataset quality, investigate data anomalies and automate manual processes
• Conduct ad-hoc data fetching

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics/Economics or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
• 1-2 years of work experience in the data analytics field. Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Proficient at processing data and ad-hoc analysis using SQL queries and Python data analysis packages (e.g. Pandas, Numpy)
• Data visualization veteran, proficient in using Tableau/Data Studio/Plotly etc.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques
• Strong ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and data accuracy
• Able to stand in the shoes of managers/business leaders to identify key metrics to track and solve business problems with actionable insights
• Understanding of statistical techniques to effectively summarize data findings
• Proficient at report writing and presenting findings
• Self-motivated with excellent problem solving skills
• Business fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and statistical test
• Prior usage of cloud computing platform such as GCP, AWS or Azure
• Prior usage of Git or/and GitHub
