Job Description

We are looking for a E-Commerce Operations Specialist who will be a core member of the team and will work closely with different stakeholders to drive the entire consumer-facing e-commerce site experience, and ensure that the key KPIs for site operations are met and exceeded. This person will report to the Site Operations Manager.

The Job
  • Manage day-to-day operations of customer-facing O2O channels.
  • Capable to gather data from platform dashboard, Google Analytics and the other areas that have an impact on the mobile app and using this information to understand the trends and the shift in consumers’ behavior to make data-driven decisions that will drive more online sales.
  • Work closely with commercial team and design team to prepare UX/UI design and materials including wireframing, mockup and rapid prototyping for mobile app
  • Analyze current user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with the internal stakeholders to implement periodical and seasonality campaigns.
  • Monitor and report KPI achievements and post-campaign analysis for data-driven decision-making.
The Person
  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience of e-commerce on the mobile app, preferably in Hong Kong
  • Culture fit with the company is very important - must be able to embrace change, strive for innovation, and be results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, collaborative and competitive team environment
  • Comfortable working cross cultures, especially with local HK, mainland Chinese culture, and MNC’s in HK
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is performance-driven and is well organized, hands-on and details oriented
  • Familiarity with UX/ UI management on apps
  • Have experience and expertise in managing digital content (description) with local HK insight, best to have local market experience
