Job Description
Vetopia (www.vetopia.com.hk), Hong Kong’s most successful veterinary-backed pet e-commerce platform, veterinary technology and product development company, is looking for someone with a special talent for B2B sales and love for animals to join our associate company, Circle 3 Times.
Circle 3 Times was founded by pet care and animal health experts, led by Dr David Gething. With offices in Hong and China and outreach to the world, we aim to change the world for pets, one wagging tail at a time. We are a distributor and manufacturer of pet products, with a wide range of offerings including pet food, treats, toy and hard goods.
You will become an important part of our growth story, working directly with our Chief Strategy Officer to identify and develop business opportunities, implement sales strategies, and achieve new business targets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop B2B and channel sales opportunities in pet food and products
- Design and activate go-to-market strategies, with the goal to create new sales pipeline and accelerate existing ones
- Generate sales leads via cold outreach, cultivate strong relationships, and maintain long-term rapport with existing and potential clients / partners
- Analyze sales data, margins, and measure return on investment (ROI)
- Prepare business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve our product development and marketing operations
Requirements:
- Matriculated or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Strong relationships with pet shops / Clinic / B2B e-commerce channels
- Knowledge and passion in pets/pet-related products is an advantage
- Strength in information gathering, judgment, and logical thinking
- Detail-minded and ability to work independently
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal and networking skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (pivot table & VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
