What you will be doing:

• Plan & grow the B2B renovation business and achieve sales target ( https://deco-biz.com)

• Plan and execute sales & marketing campaigns and take initiative in various kind of marketing/sales activities to drive leads, site traffic, sales, and revenue
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance and work with different stakeholders, including internal teammates and external vendors
• Operate B2B renovation business including manage the daily operation to follow up the B2B inquiries, sales meeting with clients and business partners, sales order processing and prepare & analyze sales reports, etc.
• Acquire new business partners and maintain business relationships with existing partners to achieve business goals
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment

• 6 years or above solid experiences in B2B sales or account servicing
• Able to work independently for operating the B2B renovation business including both sales, marketing and operation management
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese typing
• Good spoken and written communications skills in English and Cantonese
• Detail-minded, good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Sales or account servicing experience in renovation industry is a bonus
• Immediately available is preferred
• Less experience candidates will also be considered as Assistant Project Manager

• 5 days work per week, site visit is required
