We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Part time) to join our fun, professional and dedicated People Operations Department based here in Hong Kong. The Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in identifying and acquiring the right talents to meet our organizational needs as well as working on other recruitment events and employer branding projects. Wait no longer and join us if you want to make a direct and visible impact and contribute to large-scale success!  

This role will be based in Hong Kong and will report to the Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be supporting the TA team to hire efficiently and keep the recruitment process running smoothly. 

Roles and Responsibilities  

• Resume screening and initial phone screens
• Coordinating recruitment activities (e.g. scheduling calls & interviews, drafting and posting job ads)  
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment data reports 
• Gather and analyze data for effective recruitment operations 
• Strategizing ideas to improve data management 
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment data reports 
• Provide projects and admin support as needed 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or related field
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experienced in data analysis 
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel (PowerPoint, v-lookup, pivot tables etc.) 
• Self motivated, proactive and outgoing  
• Great attention to details with strong organizational skills 
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem solving skills
• An excellent team player with can-do attitude
