Accountabilities

• Monitor and assist in daily processing and operations in eCommerce platforms by maintaining close communication with internal and external parties regarding ordering issues, inventory management, and coordination with customer service team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Analyze the operational performance by conducting various reports and reviews
• Generate sales reports and compile other data reports for business review and processes
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Online Team, which include but not limited to arranging meetings, maintaining expenses, handling payment processes
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by Online Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in e-Commerce, Business, Digital Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-Commerce industry, preferably in Beauty/ Luxury Retail/ FMCG fields
• Digital Savvy, Detail oriented and strong collaboration skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Computer literate with experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
