Job Description

• Manage the operation of all regional online stores and marketplaces, such as Amazon, Lazada, Zalora, etc.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans for improving different KPIs and sales target
• Work closely with internal & external parties for developing digital marketing campaigns to promote products via SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, affiliate program, and influencer to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversion
• Monitor and analyze eCommerce sales performance on each platform for different markets. Translate data into meaningful consumer insights and reports on different business development opportunities
• Optimize the website content, user interface, customer journey, and the loyalty program
• To perform Ad-hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in eCommerce, Marketing, IT, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experience in operating online store systems (e.g Shopify, Magento) or digital marketing field
• Familiar with SEO, SEM, Paid search, social media advertising, and media buying
• Experienced in online marketplaces is an advantage but not a must
• Preferences will be given to candidates with experience in fashion products or the US market
• Detail minded, data-driven, a strong sense of responsibility, and a good team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant eCommerce Manager
