Job Responsibilities:

1. Enquiry

• Act as company’s first point of contact, divert enquiry to appropriate parties
• Up keeping database, data collection upon initial contact

This role demands a good level of communication skills

2. Marketing Support

• Ensure effective event planning, implementation, and distribution of information through email/whatsapp

Job Requirements:

• Business proficient in English and Cantonese
• Candidates should be responsible, organised, and detail-oriented with a proactive can-do attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented
