Job Specification

• Reporting to Senior Project Manager in handling pre and post project contract works and documentation including cost estimation, payment and variation cost claims and settlement.
• Monitor and Measure the performance of vendors and subcontractors
• Assist in material procurement procedure and cost control
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and client such as architects, main contractors, QS for the project related activities

Job Requirement

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• With minimum 2 year working experience in handling fitting-out / E&M/ Millworks
• Knowledge in general contract administration, handle project documentation, payment application procedures, etc.
• Ad-hoc tasks management
• Self-motivated with initiative and work independently
• Proficient in the use of MS Office software applications, particularly Excel
• Immediate availability is preferably 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveying Assistant (fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Location: Wong Chuk Hang (shuttle bus from Causeway Bay)
