職位描述：

• 負責日常數學思維課程的教學工作，以“激發學生的學習興趣，培養良好的學習習慣”為教學理念，為學生提供個性化的教學服務，説明學生獲得成長與進步；
• 根據能力背景，性格特長，從使用者增長、產品設計、教學管理及教學研究等不同的工作維度進行定向部門分配，規劃職業發展路線，進行持續培養；
• 用戶增長崗：根據分校整體使用者增長策略，推進整合內外部資源，參與推進增長項目落地，協同團隊成員完成使用者增長目標。
• 產品設計崗：通過研究K12階段本港校內以及競賽的數學內容，匹配客戶需求，設計開發課程產品。
• 教學管理及研究崗：負責有關教學品質管制的各個環節，包括教師選拔、教學培訓、教學設計、教學效果提升等。

職位要求

• 本科以上學歷，對專業沒有限制。
• 對教育行業有熱情，喜歡小朋友。
• 具備良好的溝通能力以及團隊合作精神。
• 有責任心以及優秀的學習能力。

薪資福利：

• 每月底薪加課酬可達HK $ 25K-45K ，首年最高達HKD 500,000 （基於學歷水準和及能力素質），課酬根據班級數及時間計算，沒有人數影響帶來壓力；
  
• 課酬每年根據教學品質，上浮四次，上不封頂，成長性超高；
• 平均2.5個月的年度獎金，14天的年假，同時配有醫療保險、年度體檢、晚餐津貼等豐富的福利項目；
