ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Liaise closely with overseas clients and China based factories to ensure projects and new inquiries are processed efficiently and timelines are maintained. 
• Develop relationships with key suppliers and manage the relationships.
• Proactively resolve open issues and efficiently track project status.
• Work with suppliers to resolve Quality concerns and Product Development concerns. 
• Liaise with factory engineers and client Engineering departments on all Product Development items.
• Oversee Product testing process completed by third party laboratories.
• Travel as needed to oversee projects and suppliers, mostly in Southeast Asia.  On average 1 day per week. 

 REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years work experience in Project Management with Engineering focus
• University degree is mandatory.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin.
• Prefer to have experience with plastics
• Good communication skills with management and coworkers. 
• Confident but respectful attitude. 
• Must be able to work independently but still work well with teammates.
• Must be able to identify and prioritize responsibilities,
• Individuals that expect to be closely managed, should NOT apply.
