To meet our business expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Project Coordinator /Assistant Project Co-ordinator:

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordinating and progress monitoring of assigned projects.
• Project coordination & supervision.
• Liaise with Clients/Sub-contractors to ensure smooth and on time project completion.
• Attend Site Meeting & monitor work progress.
• Report on any on-site problems.
• Shop drawings production.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate holder in Building Studies / Building Surveying or equivalent.
• 2 years solid experience in site project coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS words, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and AutoCAD operations.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience or academic qualification will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator (APC).
