Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control
• Project Co-ordination in building E&M engineering services from preparation of technical and commercial proposal, solution design for new and retrofit Ventilation system, HVAC-Control (e.g. PLC, BMS) and energy management projects;
• Preparation and submission of design and material schedule, method statement, O&M manual, testing & commissioning test form, design and as-built drawings;
• Site coordination, supervision and implementation of installation, testing and commissioning of the project.
• Resolve ad hoc site matters and site coordination 

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Possess 2 years’ relevant working experience in participation of E&M / Environmental Projects / Building Services Contracts
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project 
• Fresh graduate is also considered
