Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor and liaise with contractors on maintenance, repair and renovation work of building facilities.  Ensure the relevant works are in consistent with tenant’s and landlord’s requirement
• Handle fitting-out works independently
• Prepare tender documents and follow up the contract administration and progress as well as planned maintenance schedule
• Perform ad hoc duties and attend emergency call out / typhoon duty as assigned

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in Property & Facility Management and/ or Engineering field
• With solid experience in handling maintenance, repair and renovation work, tender preparation and project management are preferred
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) is a must
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
