Responsibilities 

• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance and repair works carried out by staff and contractors of various E&M systems in the investment properties managed by the Corporation
• Liaise with tenants on technical issues
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor the progress of the site work
• Supervise a team of technical staff to facilitate the operation

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in installation and maintenance of building services systems gained in both residential and commercial properties
• Possession of Grade A or above Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
• Solid experience in electrical and air-conditioning systems as well as contractor supervision

Remarks

• Required to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
