Who we are looking for:

What you'll do:
  • Responsible for generating innovative idea, design, submission of proposals seeking government fund(s), implement and documentation of R & D projects (e.g. ITF projects)
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and prepare proposals, technical reports writing, manage and deliver the project on product/process development in timely and quality manner
  • Implement consultancy and/or government funded projects for technology development of Smart Healthcare/Digital Health industry, Biotechnology, Chinese Medicine GMP industry and/or PIC/S GMP pharmaceutical industry.
  • Conduct desktop research on new technology and its adoption and commercialization in CM and health industry, and its related compliance issue as well as regulatory policies in HK and overseas,
  • Handling other ad hoc projects or assignments.
You will be a good fit if you have/are:
  • Bachelor/ Master/ Doctorate Degree from disciplines such as Biotechnology/ Biochemistry / Biomedical engineering/ Pharmacology /Chinese Medicine / or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in drugs or related R & D projects preferred.
  • Experience in R & D centers, smart/ digital health sectors or familiar in government funding schemes application (e.g. ITF, RGC funds, HMRF, CMDF) will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication, and report writing skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
