Our client, an established global energy company, is currently looking for a Operation Manager to manage a team of engineers to provide technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train and direct the LPG Operations Team for technical support to the operation 
• Ensure the engineering and maintenance tasks are performed safely, efficiently, cost-effectively and comply with internal policies and statutory requirements;
• In charge of the LPG new, maintenance and upgrading projects, including planning and implementing the identified contracting strategies;
• Direct the LPG Operations Team in emergency responses to all gas incidents that happen outside the Terminals;
• Act as the technical advisor to the Managing Director in formulating the strategies for conducting the Company’s business

• University degree in an engineering discipline;
• At least 5 years of solid experience at supervisory levels on LPG engineering or operations, preferably in the petrochemical or oil & gas industry;
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
