Job Description
- Minimum 10 years costing and tooling experience in toys field, especially in soft toys and fabric material
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product design is an added advantage
- Sound computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft software
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken), Putonghua speaking is an advantage
- Locate the fabric source with product development and reach out for cost
- Work on cost comparison on the fabric source and confirm the fabric supplier with Product Development team
- Verify and negotiate the fabric cost with the fabric vendor and sewn goods on production factory
- Provide internal cost estimate and cost reduction suggestions on the sewn goods
