Responsibilities:

• Responsible to configure of telecommunication network for Voice and VAS services.
• Network problems investigation and analysis to identify root causes for problem resolution.
• Implement, upgrade and maintain network infrastructure, system software and server configuration.
• Perform operation acceptance for new systems, upgrade and migration projects.
• Manage vendor and service providers for operation and maintenance support.
• Coordinate with internal departments on the solution and technical service delivery.
• Prepare technical document on network changes, upgrades and new implementations.
• Provide technical and operational support including emergency call out when necessary.

 Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or related disciplines.
• 5 years or above working experience in Local Voice Network.
• Holder of CCNA is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in Telecom signaling protocols including ISUP, SIP, PRI, H.323 & MGCP.
• Proficient in server and operation system support such as Windows, Linux and VMWare.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
