Our client is a leading entity and involved with several Green Building developments in Hong Kong, currently they are looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant and a Environmental Consultant to join their team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Carry out green building assessment 
• Conduct sustainability monitoring/assessment/measurement at various design/construction stages 
• Prepare ESG reports on building projects 
• Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients 

• Degree level and above science, Engineering, Environmental or related disciplines  
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sustainability and infrastructure developments 
• BEAM, LEED, or WELL qualified  
• Strong communication and leadership skills 
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese 
• Those with more experience will be considered as Chief Sustainability Consultant
