• Responsibilities:
• Daily manage and arrange the work for project department and workmanship on site 
• Provide supervision and planning for operations to monitor progess to meet schedule
• Capable to handle full set tender quotation with costing estimation
• Provide technical support to designers in handling drawings and optimize the quality of design
• Responsible to liaise and co-ordinate with designers, marketing team and contractors
• Travel to factories in Dongguan occasionally for quality checking of the fixtures, willing to work overtime

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduated or above
• Diploma or Certificate Holders in Interior / Building Studies / project management or related disciplines
• Min. 8 years solid experience in site supervision for retail shop / commercial projects
• Knowledge of interior design, furniture and site supervision
• Proficient in Auto CAD is an advantage
• Responsible, well-organized, self-motivated and strong project co-ordination and site management skills
• Immediate available
