Responsibility 

• Lead and inspire a developing sustainability team and line management 
• Design, analyse, report and document sustainability projects 
• Review and verify designs ensuring they are in accordance with client’s brief 
• Manage relationships with exciting and prospective clients 
• Engage in business development initiatives 

 Requirements 

• Degree level and above in Engineering, Sustainability or in a related discipline 
• 10+ years of relevant experience with commercial and infrastructure developments
• LEED, BEAM, WELL certifications highly preferred 
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
