Job Description
Responsibilities:
- assisting the progress and quality of inspections for Maintenance & Repair work, renovations, E&M installations and A&A works;
Requirements:
- Associated Degree/ Bachelor Degree in Building Surveying, Building Studies
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
- Provide Professional training to candidates enrolling for HKIS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) or RICS assessment
- Driving Licence holder
- Immediate available is advantage
- Fresh graduate also welcome
