Job Description
Requirements
- 10 years+ experience in Manufacturing Engineering which 5 years in managerial position in EMS environment.
- Expertise in Process and Test engineering is a must.
- Expertise in automated manufacturing implementation is an advantage.
- Experience in maintaining Manufacturing Execution system is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin), good in communication skills.
- Degree holder in Engineering.
- Good mindset in Lean Manufacturing, Leadership and Proactiveness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering Department which cover Process & Industrial Engineering (PIE) and Test Engineering.
- Manage and lead engineering team to achieve manufacturing excellence.
- Drive improvement programs for yield, cycle time, process capability and overall cost.
- Lead Process & Industrial Engineering for Manufacturing Efficiency Improvement.
- Co-engineering with Design & Development Engineering on NPI activities.
- Drive preventive & predictive Equipment & Testers Maintenance to optimize machine utilization.
- Maintain the in house Manufacturing Execution System.
- Involved in RFQ and Product costing projects.
