Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a sizable team of Engineering and Quality Assurance in Shenzhen, China.
- Managing the overall product development (electrical, mechanical & software engineering) from conceptual stage to production stage for ODM/OEM customers.
- Evaluation of consumer electronic products for sourcing business.
- Responsible for QA, QC inspection, regulatory compliance for ODM/OEM and sourcing business.
- Responsible for vendors assessment / selection and manage vendor's and the company production premises’ performance to make sure products can meet the quality standards of customer.
- Carry out internal and external audits including ISO Quality system, SA and C-TPAT.
- Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related discipline
- 5 years or above of engineering & quality assurance role in manufacturing of electronic products of which minimum 3 years in managerial/senior level
- Experience of working in factory is an advantage
- Excellent team leadership and coordination skills and able to communicate with people in all levels
- Sound knowledge on ISO Quality Standards
- Good written and spoken English & Chinese (Putonghua)
- Responsible, self-initiation, aggressive and work under pressure
- Required to work in Shenzhen office (Lo Wu, near Guo Mao Station) when cross border to China is resumed
- Immediate available is preferred
