Service Engineer/ Technician (Medical Equipment)

Responsibilities:-

• To perform installation, inspection, corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance of Medtech Equipment (mainly Infection Control equipment) in hospital and medical centre;
• To provide technical support and solution to end-users;
• To carry  out operation training and demonstration to customers;
• To report and file product technical issue strictly according to manufacturer QA guidelines, and communication with manufacturer for the root cause analysis;
• To establish and maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with customers and co-workers

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate holder or above in Electrical / Mechanical or related disciplines;
• Technical experience in CSSD equipment will be a strong advantage;
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and willing to learn;
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English;
• Able to travel overseas for training;
• IT networking knowledge will be a plus

Candidate who possess any of below requirements with lower academic qualification will also be considered;

• Working experience in building service/ boiler industry
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License Grade A
• Holder of Pressure Vessel Operator License class III and/or Class VI
