Responsibilities:

• Work closely with external and internal parties, engineering team and support team to develop innovative products and/or new differentiated product features
• Conduct network integration with selected overseas carriers and service providers
• Product operation support: Product troubleshooting and complaint handling; product pricing and coverage optimization
• Resources management: manage numbering resources provided by partners
• Work with business partners to enhance product portfolio and service quality
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required and other company routine tasks 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Telecommunications, Engineering or related disciplines
  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mobile communication industry, experience in mobile core network, SCCP, DIAMETER and S8/GRX integration will be an advantage
• Experience in mobile product management is preferred
• Excellent teamwork spirit, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, leadership, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager
