We are looking for a talent to:

• Supervise the contractors’ works to ensure their compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
• Oversee the construction teams to ensure the safe and effective implementation of construction works
• Carry out inspection of defects and outstanding works at the completion of the work
• Prepare site report and NC to keep record in respect of the site progress and quality
• Carry out inspection of water leakage to prevent and rectify

Basic requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or Construction related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property development with hand-on skills in dealing with construction management
• Experience in handover of residential properties will be an advantage
• Previous work experience in property developer / government sector / contractor side will be an advantage
• Familiar with Building Regulations and well versed in coordination of services and construction details
• Able to identify potential risks in projects and recommend solutions proactively
• Passion in new technology and innovation to envisage future trends
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Valid holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (“Green Card”)
