• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors & technicians, responsible for operation and maintenance & routine checking of the chiller systems
• Optimize operation and maintenance activities to enhance operational & energy performance of facilities & equipment, and to minimize the system downtime & adverse impact on operation
• Provide technical comments & recommendations and trouble-shoot on the design, installation, testing & commissioning of chiller plant modification works carried by services providers and contractors
• Attend meetings with clients and customers for facilities services & operation reporting and technical issues discussion

• Bachelor degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent 
• Strong engineering project management, leadership and communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
