Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of IPLC/IEPL products, such as product lifecycle management, product vision and roadmap, benefit evaluation, service improvement, documentation, workflow, etc
• Ability to optimize or design a business model, including value proposition, target customer segments, distribution channels, customer relationships management, value configurations, core capabilities, partner network, cost structure, and revenue model
• Knowledge of transmission networks, including but not limited to knowledge of OTN/PTN/SDH principles, network protection techniques and transmission system components, understanding of resource management and transport project management
• Negotiate with partners to enhance product portfolio and service quality
• Conduct market research, prepare analysis reports and recommendations.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, minimum 7 years of relevant experience 
• Knowledge in transmission and product development experience is an advantage
• Proficient in the use office software and Product software such as mind mapping, flowcharting software and data analysis.
• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
